Orangutan Classroom
In collaboration with JNY Student Council, ArtForCovid was granted a wonderful opportunity to welcome Kak Ronna, a biologist from FORINA, to host exciting yet informative Orangutan classes for students of JNY. The sessions were spread over two days, with Primary on the 7th of December and Secondary to Junior College on the 8th.

IPMI Webinar
On Friday, 25 September 2020, our ArtForCovid founders, Jessica and Jennifer Tan had the opportunity to share ArtForCovid’s story in IPMI International Business School’s webinar. In support of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and Sustainable Development Goals, they presented ArtForCovid’s current mission, “Save the Orangutans”.

Hand in Hand Vol. III
ArtForCovid collaborated with OceanYouthCommunity to execute Hand in Hand Vol. III, where we planned and hosted an event in SAAJA (Sekolah Alternatif Anak Jalanan) on the 6th of December, 2021. During the event, the volunteers gave the children an English lesson, watched a short movie, drew on a coloring page, and ate food together. We ended the day by distributing goody bags filled with everyday necessities and school supplies.
