Think of the chilly mornings,

Of one's reddened cheeks,

And of foggy breaths in laughter,

As the snow cubs frolic,

And blues and greens

Adorn the night sky.

Think of the sun's tropical warmth,

Of coastlines sandy and rocky,

And of panoramic scenes above the clouds,

As dragons roam the grounds,

And the brightest of primates

Come to say hello.

Think of how all this

Will one day be but a distant memory

As the clock ticks in the big apple,

And how no one is to blame

But human beings

And decades of our imprudence.

Is this how we will fall?
